NORTH

From Wilmington – Just 30 miles

Take I-95 S to US 301. Take exit toward DE 299. Turn left onto DE-299. Continue strait onto Levels Rd. On the traffic circle, take the 1^st exis and stay on Levels Rd, Turn left onto St. Anne’s Blvd and continue strait to 1100 St. Anne’s Blvd.

SOUTH

From Dover – Just 27 miles

Take DE-1 N to exit 119 for US-13N Smyrna/Townsend turn left onto US-13N. Take slight left onto DE-71N. Turn left on onto Green Giant Rd. Turn right onto Wiggins Mills Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 3^rd exit onto St. Anne’s Church Rd. At the traffic circle take the 3^rd exit onto Levels Rd. Turn left onto St. Anne’s Blvd and continue strait to 1100 St. Anne’s Blvd.

EAST

From Baltimore – Just 85mi

You have two choices coming from Baltimore. You can go south and then north by taking the Annapolis/Bay Bridge or you can go northeast towards Newark, DE and take I-95 N to DE-896 S toward Middletown. We recommend you use Google Maps or Waze to find your best option based on time of day.

WEST

From New Jersey

Take the Delaware Memorial Bridge and head west on I-295 S Take Exit 4a to DE-1 S, keep left and follow signs for DE-1S/Dover. Keep right on 301. Take exit toward DE-299. Continue strait onto Levels Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1^st exit and stay on Levels Rd. Turn left onto St. Anne’s Blvd and continue strait to 1100 St. Anne’s Blvd.
